CAR PARK TICKET INCREASE- corruption or dollar increase?

it has been such a long and good day but i refuse to allow the tiredness i feel inside stop me from putting up a post on my dear blog, it is called determination and the blog allows me to look forward to something and in some ways it seems like an obligation i have to oblige to************************** As i drove into the parking lot of one of the car parks of a Lagos market, i noticed a difference in the the parking ticket, it was the price, it had increased by 200 Naira in the space of 1 month as the last time i visited that market was in December.
i politely asked the woman who was issuing the ticket why it was so and she responded that "things have changed, that is the new management price, dollar don rise, abeg give me your money, you dey cause traffic", i respectively gave her my money and drove in, the first experience i had was the loud bang underneath my car, apparently i had just driven into a deep pothole that i didn't see just at the entrance of the car park, i continued my journey gently using my brake to move the car because the road was not only bad but one couldn't just drive through easily as it had broken glasses and visible nails that could punch your tire if you are not commando enough to avoid them. There was no visible difference with the car park from December till date, if for any change at all, it has gone from bad to worse.
this got me thinking really hard, why the increase in price? what has the increase in dollar or devaluation of naira got to do with a car park? what is the money generated from there being used for as car is parked at owners risk hence no security hence you and your car are OYO (on your own), i think the people that make these laws/increase are the real criminals, this is daylight convenient robbery and the height of corruption. how long are we going to keep living like this. you cant create security and fix the road of the car park with at least a street light and cleaners to keep it clean at all time yet you increase the fee because of the increase in dollar? for what? why do i pay you my hard earned money because you provided what is called an essential need for your tax payers still i have to transfer even my shoes to my car trunk because i dont want glass smashers to smash my glass and rob me? who is responsible for all these things. Politics is not just happening in aso rock, it goes way beyond there and is happening right in our homes leaving us helpless.As far as i am concerned the case of this ticket increase is pure corruption and not in any form related to the increase of dollar because i am very sure the salary of the woman issuing that ticket wasn't increased neither is the shop owners rent around there decreased.
What are you thoughts on this? am i missing something here? is there an association between car parks ticket and the increase in dollar especially when there is no visible improvement in the car park? Please share your thoughts.........
